Groundforce day 2022 will be taking place on April 9th where we will be the club ready for another great season. We look forward to seeing "old" and "new" faces this year and as always are grateful (and in need) of the fantastic volunteers who are helping to make this club what it is!

All memberships this year will be managed through Pitchero, so every member will be required to sign up through the app. The app is a useful tool that allows you to input your availability as well as receive the latest club news and team updates.

As always we are on the lookout for more enthusiastic players who would like to join. If you know of anyone who might want to join, please encourage them to get in contact. New to cricket? No problem, our country qualified coaches are there to guide the kids in fun ways so that they can learn a bit about cricket but mostly to have fun playing outside with their friends. Some players join for fun, some players go on to play for England; either way, we cant wait to see you there!

And, of course, not forgetting you parents out there; the bar will be stocked and ready to welcome you. There will now be a rota for the Friday night bar support needed, we are just looking for one or two volunteers a week to help with taking orders for an hour or two. This is vital support in order for us to be able to keep the bar open every Friday. We will be pinning a rota to the clubhouse so please sign up to a shift when you get a chance, it is a great way to meet everyone.

Adult cricket
also returns, 30th of April, with an interclub game and bbq night! This is a competitive friendly internal game for us to dust off the pads and bring any new people who may be interested in playing. It will be a relaxed day, finished off with a bbq, beers and music!
